How do you choose different types of Nexon cash in maplestory?

So basically I have all types eg. Paypal , Nexon cash card, and Maple points and I can't buy anything because I don't have enough nexon cash card but I only have like 100 of that and like 500+ of paypal and maple points how do you change?|||Unfortunately you can't :( The only way you can buy with those types is buy getting more of it.|||Try using this website http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=939575 you can choose the amount of NX cash you want.
