How to pay in cash to the online seller?

I'm from the Philippines. I'm planning to buy some books from USA. Therefore, I would like to know how to pay in cash to the seller online. I can't use a credit card. My only option is to pay in cash; dollars. So how can I transfer my cash payment abroad? Thanks!=)|||go to a bank and purchase a money order.
