How do i earn maximum cash for each song in Guitar Hero?

I have Guitar Hero Metallica and i'm earning about $150-$180 for each song. Is there any way to increase the amount of cash i get via various techniques and/or methods?|||FC the song.|||Doing the song on harder difficulties, getting a higher percentage completion, Playing the song with more people on instruments, also getting long note streaks will get you sometimes like $700 if you get a 1000 note streak.
